1. What happens during my first appointment?

Your first appointment with take approximately one hour. Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. In this hour we will inquire about the history and nature of the injury and a physical assessment on the affected area(s) will be completed. From this a diagnosis will be made and a treatment plan will be discussed with you.

2. What is your cancellation policy?

We do require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If you do not provide 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee may be charged to you.

3. What should I bring?

Any appropriate paperwork (referral note, WCB information, MVA forms). Appropriate clothing (please wear something that will allow us to adequately assess the part of the body that is involved).

4. Do I need a doctors referral?

A doctors referral is not required to access physiotherapy but may be required if treatments are going to be submitted to a private insurance company.
