Our Team

Name: Maddie (Madz) Ferran

If you could write your own job title/description that best describes what you do, what would it be? At Morinville Physio Clinic it is my job to greet the clients at the door, and guide them to the room they will be in. As well as setting up our clients up with the different modalities that the physiotherapist has decided is best for the clients. Throughout the modality portion, I check in with them and answer any questions I can or direct their questions to their physiotherapist. I take the clients off the machine when their treatments are done and clean/disinfect the room after. As well as booking in the client for future appointments. Other tasks include cleaning all surfaces of the clinic and keeping on top of the laundry so there are always clean towels/pillowcases available.

Best part of my job? The best part has been the staff and the appreciation shown for my work.
